At Vino Luci, we stand behind the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return any item except Gift Baskets that you have purchased on our website. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To return an item by mail, insure the package, and mail it to:

Goods Damaged in Transit
Please contact us at 303-741-2535 if you have received goods that were damaged in transit. We ship all items except local Gift Basket deliveries by FedEx and will issue a FedEx pickup. You can elect to have your item replaced or be issued a full refund.
