All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary; you will be contacted if your specialty order requires additional shipping.
We deliver Gifts Baskets locally using a courier service; you can choose same day or next day service fees. Due to the nature of gift basket orders and delivery fees, please place a separate order for each gift basket.
We ship all other orders next business day using FedEx if items are in inventory; you can choose between two FedEx delivery methods:
Fed Ex Ground - We ship Monday through Friday. Ground shipping can take between 3 and 5 business days. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when estimating the number of days a parcel will be in transit.
Fed Ex Two-Day Air Express - We ship Monday through Friday. Your order will arrive two days after date of shipment to anywhere in the Continental US. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when estimating the number of days a parcel will be in transit.
Some items requiring extended lead time to receive in inventory are marked 'Item is out of stock' and can not be ordered online until they are received in our inventory. Other items may be backordered from time to time but are typically received in inventory within one week of our order to the manufacturer so they will not indicate out of stock on the website.
If we need to backorder one of your items, we will notify you and ship your entire order upon receipt of the backordered items. Please let us know if you have an urgent shipping requirement; if items are out of stock for your order, we will notify you of the delivery status and either ship upon receipt or issue you a credit for any backordered item if you require more immediacy.
Vino Luci is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange within 14 days of order placement of the item. Simply notify us after receipt of the item within the 14 day period and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will replace your item or issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been damaged or the original packaging is missing, your right to these terms may be limited. We encourage you to send all returns via a tracking system for protection against loss or damage.Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event we have erred in our shipment to you and our records confirm this error, we will be responsible for return shipping costs; however, the same procedure and conditions apply as stated above.
